  Better than nothing, just. Broken automatic door making for a breezy interior. Customer service here is never great. The Coffee Pots franchise in Greenock can't be beaten. One star only because zero is not an option.

  Very Good Food and Drinks. One word: Delicious. However, one thing I will say is that the time I went, they did not wipe my table, so I had to do it myself before eating. Other than that, very good all round

  Unfortunately, my visit today wasn't the best !
  The shop was filthy, was not a table clean to sit down with your coffee ! Customers were lifting trays full of used dishes to other tables to enable them to sit down at a dirty table, (i had to do the same myself), although the shop was busy there is no excuse for this amount if dirty tables, period ! Not one staff member on the floor clearing ?
  The queue went down quite quickly, but the 3 free members of staff stood around laughing and joking with each other ?
  I am disappointed in having to leave this review and usually wouldn't do such a thing, but as it came up on my phone asking me i thought i would.
  Can i finish with saying i drink costa coffee in a fair few shops and have never experienced this before.

  Nearly 8 pm only one other person in. Most tables need a wipe. One has had an emptu tray on it gor last 20 minutes. Blonde girl can't keep her hands off her hair extensions. Coffee and toastie can't complain about though.
